Duties:
Lead the full financial management of the companys property portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Analyse property performance, rental income, operational costs, and investment returns to support strategic business decisions. Manage cash flow, funding requirements, and capital allocation for ongoing and upcoming development or acquisition projects. Collaborate with the operations, development, and asset management teams to evaluate project viability and optimise financial outcomes. Monitor market trends, property valuations, and financial risks to support proactive planning. Maintain strong relationships with banks, Auditors, external partners, and key stakeholders. Drive process improvement, implement financial controls, and strengthen internal reporting systems. Support senior leadership with insights, presentations, and data-driven recommendations. Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
CA(SA) 7 to 8 years post-articles experience 4 years relevant Property experience
