Key Responsibilities:Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries via phone and email Handle bookings for restaurant Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently Provide information about accommodation, facilities, and local attractions Maintain accurate records and always ensure excellent guest service Assist with administrative and front-office duties as required Group welcoming from Safari drives Assist in Curio shop Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or reservations Minimum 3 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star lodge/hotel/resort environment. Strong communication and customer service skills Computer literacy (MS Office; Xero, POS & reservation systems advantageous) Willingness to work flexible hours including Weekends Able to work under pressure and be able to multitask Must have knowledge of all accommodation rates Own Transport
Shift work 5-6 days a week including weekends and hours is from 07h30-16h30 Odyssey preferred, or knowledge of Protel and Opera or similar Accommodation is provided
