The Housekeeping & Guest Arrival Coordinator is responsible for the hands-on cleaning and preparation of approximately ten apartments, while also managing guest arrivals and on-site guest assistance. This role is operational and guest-facing, ensuring apartments meet Urban Elephant standards and guests experience a smooth, professional check-in.Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping (Hands-On)

Clean and prepare apartments to Urban Elephant standards

Follow cleaning checklists and turnaround schedules

Inspect apartments before guest arrivals

Restock linen, amenities, and consumables

Report maintenance issues and follow up where required

Maintain cleanliness of allocated common areas

Manage basic stock levels for assigned apartments
Guest Arrivals & Relations

Meet and welcome guests on arrival where required

Conduct apartment handovers and orientations
-
Assist guests with check-in queries and immediate needs

Respond to guest issues during arrivals and early stays

Represent the Urban Elephant brand professionally on site
Operational Coordination

Coordinate daily schedules with reservations and operations

Communicate apartment readiness and issues promptly

Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standardsSkills & Attributes

Able to manage time across multiple apartments

Hospitality or short-term hotel experience preferred
