Housekeeping & Guest Services Coordinator – Woodstock, Cape Town
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping & Guest Services Coordinator to personally handle all cleaning and apartment turnovers, while also managing guest communication and day-to-day issues for a short-term rental apartment in Woodstock, Cape Town. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering spotless, hotel-quality cleaning and exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete full cleaning and turnover of the apartment between guest stays, ensuring hotel-level presentation.

Restock essentials (toiletries, amenities, consumables) and report low inventory.

Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs when required.

Respond promptly and professionally to guest messages, concerns, and complaints.

Identify and report maintenance issues; coordinate minor repairs when needed.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain the apartment in excellent condition.

Communicate operational updates or guest issues to the host/owner.
Requirements:

Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or short-term rental management (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com etc.)

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English; isiXhosa and Afrikaans are a strong plus.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.

Based in Cape Town with reliable transport to Woodstock.
