A leading organisation within the Manufacturing & Retail sector is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager who can take full ownership of core finance processes, drive discipline, and bring stability and structure to a busy finance function.Based in Edenvale, this role is perfect for someone with a BCom and SAICA / SAIPA / CIMA (preferred) plus 35 years experience in a high-volume finance environment.
Youll lead a team of 810, oversee GL processing to trial balance, manage month-end audits, control debtors and creditors workflows, and strengthen reporting accuracy across the business. Youll play a vital role in a company where daily operational decisions depend on solid financial foundations.

ð??? Job Experience & Skills Required:- BCom degree essential
- SAICA / SAIPA / CIMA (preferred)
- 35 years experience in a finance role
- Experience in Manufacturing or Retail highly beneficial
- Strong GL, trial balance & month-end experience non-negotiable
- Debtors & creditors management exposure
- Leadership experience (810 direct reports) essential
