Accurately process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments Reconcile creditor statements and swiftly address any discrepancies Maintain detailed and up-to-date supplier account records Support month-end closing activities and contribute to financial reporting Communicate and collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Job Experience and Skills Required:
35 years proven experience as a Creditors Clerk Construction industry experience is essential Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations Proficiency in BuildSmart and Microsoft Excel Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
