Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end financial control, including month-end close, consolidations, management accounts, and statutory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, regulatory frameworks, and internal risk and governance standards.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Implement and maintain strong financial controls, policies, and process optimisation initiatives.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- CA(SA) preferred; with strong post-article experience.
- 46 years experience in financial control, financial reporting, or similar roles within financial services, banking, insurance, asset management, or fintech.
- Solid technical grounding in IFRS, regulatory compliance, and financial governance.
