Description:
As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing the companys financial reporting, compliance, and internal control environment. Youll work closely with the Head of Finance and broader leadership to ensure sound financial governance and provide meaningful financial insights to support business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements Maintain and improve internal controls and financial processes Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors Support tax compliance and statutory reporting Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making The Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrated experience in a Financial Controller or senior accounting role In-depth understanding of accounting, financial regulations, and compliance standards Proficient in financial systems and reporting tools Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills CA(SA) or similar professional qualification preferred
