As an Inbound Customer Service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle incoming calls, answer queries, provide information, and resolve complaints. - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
