Support daily kitchen operations and maintain exceptional culinary standards
Oversee and assist Chef de Partie sections as needed
Contribute to menu planning and seasonal dish development
Train, schedule, and manage kitchen staff
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Monitor food costs and manage inventory to reduce waste
Collaborate with management and front-of-house team for outstanding guest experiences
? What We''re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years kitchen management experience OR 5 years as a senior chef
Fine dining experience essential (French cuisine experience preferred!)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Creative flair and attention to detail
Financial understanding and cost control experience
Culinary qualification required
Own transport and based in Pretoria
