Description:

  • Operations: Manage daily activities, oversee food prep, display, and merchandising, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health codes.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate deli team members.
  • Inventory & Purchasing: Order supplies, manage stock levels, control food costs, rotate products, and minimize waste.
  • Sales & Finance: Implement sales strategies, track profitability, manage budgets, analyze P&L, and develop promotions.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and products.
  • Food Safety: Enforce strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and company regulations.

Requirements:

  • Physical ability to stand long periods, lift heavy items, and work in refrigerated environments.
