Description:
Air Conditioning company in Paarden Eiland seeks to employ a HVAC Site Manager. You need to be willing and able to pay attention to detail.
Candidate will be required to providing guidance and technical expertise, as well as maintaining direct involvement with dispatch personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and company goals are met.
Some key aspects of your role may include
- Managing and coordinating HVAC projects from start to finish
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Overseeing the work of technicians and providing guidance and support as needed
- Conducting site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Communicating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
- Identifying and resolving issues or conflicts that may arise during projects
- Strong Excel skills is a must
- Driver's license is a requirement
You will be expected to work independently and make decisions as needed, while also escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
