In search of a chef with at least 2 years experience for our coffee shop who can follow a recipe to the point.
You need to reside in Paarl or surroundings.
Understand the following
* Shelf life
* Stock rotation
* Basic food science
* Food preparations and cooking
* Controlling inventory and stock
* Ensure Food safety and hygiene standards are met
* Maintain high-quality food and presentation standards
* Keep wastage to a minimum
* Understand yield, bulk to portion, portion to fridge
* Supply the Manager with the correct amount of stock needed for orders
* Absolutely have a passion for the kitchen
