About the Role As Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of the estates daily rhythm, leading teams, elevating experiences, and ensuring excellence across Food and Beverage, Rooms Division, Spa, and Maintenance. Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire diverse teams to deliver world class guest experiences. Partner with chefs, bar teams, and front of house staff to curate memorable dining moments. Matric and a recognised hospitality qualification. Proven Food and Beverage management experience within four or five star boutique hotels.
