Responsibilities- Manage incoming sales enquiries and provide accurate quotations to customers.
- Process sales orders efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Maintain updated product knowledge and stay informed about pricing, availability, and technical specifications.
- Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and ensure resolution.
- Prepare sales reports and assist with general sales administration as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant tertiary qualification advantageous).
- Proven experience in Internal Sales, preferably within a technical, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical information or product specifications.
- Computer literate with experience in CRM or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
