National Servicing CoordinatorLocation: Cape TownIndustry: Manufacturing / EngineeringType: Full-time | On-siteAbout the CompanyOur client is a respected and established manufacturer in Southern Africa, delivering engineered air and ventilation solutions to the industrial, mining, HVAC, and power generation sectors. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive National Servicing Coordinator to lead and coordinate the servicing, maintenance, and repair of industrial and mining equipment. The successful candidate will oversee the service department’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction across all projects. Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage national servicing schedules and ensure work is completed on time.
  • Supervise servicing and electrical teams, including workshop and field operations.
  • Perform hands-on technical service work when required.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and excellent service delivery.
  • Manage costing, quotations, invoicing, and stock control within the service division.
  • Lead, train, and support servicing staff to achieve performance and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and quality procedures.
  • Support business growth through client retention and expansion of servicing operations.
Requirements
  • Technical diploma or trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, or related field.
  • Proven experience in servicing or maintenance of industrial or mining equipment.
  • Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license (essential).
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
