They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive National Servicing Coordinator to lead and coordinate the servicing, maintenance, and repair of industrial and mining equipment. The successful candidate will oversee the service department’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction across all projects. Responsibilities- Plan and manage national servicing schedules and ensure work is completed on time.
- Supervise servicing and electrical teams, including workshop and field operations.
- Perform hands-on technical service work when required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and excellent service delivery.
- Manage costing, quotations, invoicing, and stock control within the service division.
- Lead, train, and support servicing staff to achieve performance and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and quality procedures.
- Support business growth through client retention and expansion of servicing operations.
- Technical diploma or trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, or related field.
- Proven experience in servicing or maintenance of industrial or mining equipment.
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
- Valid driver’s license (essential).
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
