A dynamic opportunity awaits an organised and customer-focused Senior Contributions Clerk to join a results-oriented team. Our client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings strong reconciliation and negotiation skills to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve high-level queries Negotiate with companies regarding outstanding documentation related to received payments Edit bank statement entries lacking reference numbers Correct discrepancies from return and payment submissions (EDI and manual) Liaise with Business Development Consultants, Fund staff, and firms to resolve contribution and payment queries Assist companies and new staff with electronic submission queries Reconcile nine funds per firm Manage all query-related administration Provide weekly feedback on firm interactions to SupervisorRequirements:
Grade 12 with a strong aptitude for figures Minimum 1 year of experience in contributions or company processing Knowledge of Natural / Phoenix or similar systems Solid PC and keyboard literacy Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Confident in planning, organising, and follow-up Proactive team player with a willingness to go the extra mile Reliable and consistent attendance EE Disclaimer:
