Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for a Legal Practitioner based at the mining company head office in Gauteng!
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and mining-related agreements in compliance with relevant legislation.
- Manage legal processes related to mineral rights, including Section 11 and 102 applications and amendments.
- Conduct due diligence investigations and risk assessments for mining operations and transactions.
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, ensuring adherence to corporate governance.
- Handle dispute resolution and support litigation processes impacting mining and business operations.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- LLB Degree
- 5 years working experience in the mining sector
