WatersEdge Solutions is seeking a hands-on, data-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale a high-impact paid media engine from the ground up. You'll own the full strategy, execution, and performance of paid channels, working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Creative to drive meaningful business outcomes.
About the Role
You’ll be the in-house paid media expert, launching and optimizing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, G2, Capterra, and programmatic placements. You’ll run full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns and ABM plays, managing over £25K/month in media spend. From crafting creative briefs to performance reporting, you’ll shape demand generation and customer acquisition with a direct impact on revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute paid media strategy across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, G2, and Capterra
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-funnel campaigns—from awareness to conversion
Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing Ops to ensure data integrity and accurate attribution
Drive creative experimentation: brief, test, and refine copy, visuals, and landing pages
Launch ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts and key ICPs
Report on CPL, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution weekly and monthly
Manage integrations across GA4, HubSpot, and paid media platforms
Stay ahead of channel trends, algorithm updates, and emerging growth opportunities
