Job Purpose
This role leads the strategic direction and operational execution of marketing initiatives across a national property portfolio. The National Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand presence, revenue generation (including Non-GLA income), customer engagement, and innovation through the leadership of regional marketing teams and the development of integrated marketing strategies aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide regional marketing managers in developing and executing centre-specific marketing strategies.

Oversee national marketing planning, campaign execution, research, and innovation across the portfolio.

Manage and grow Non-GLA revenue streams through effective commercial and alternative income initiatives.

Develop and monitor customer satisfaction frameworks for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and reporting standards.

Provide leadership and performance management to the national marketing team, including coaching, development, and motivation.
