We are on the lookout for an organised, proactive, and reliable Lodge Administrator to join a dynamic team at a beautiful lodge property. This is a live-in role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting smooth back-of-house operations.Key Responsibilities:Managing day-to-day lodge administration and office dutiesHandling bookings, invoicing, and petty cashStock control and supplier liaisonAssisting management with HR and operational tasksSupporting the team to ensure smooth guest experiences behind the scenes Requirements:- Previous experience in a similar administrative role (hospitality/lodge preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Computer literacy (MS Office, reservations systems an advantage)
- Team player with a proactive attitude
