Are you an organised, service-driven professional with a passion for hospitality and nature? We’re seeking a Lodge Administrator to join a leading luxury lodge team and play a vital role in keeping the operations running seamlessly.Key Responsibilities:Daily administration of lodge operations, including handling bookings, stock controls, and petty cashManaging front office tasks: guest check-ins/outs, emails, and callsAssisting with HR admin, payroll inputs, and staff leave trackingCoordinating supplier orders, deliveries, and monthly reportsSupporting the Lodge Manager with general operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ admin experience in a hospitality/lodge setting
  • Strong computer literacy (Excel, email, booking systems)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Professional, reliable and team-orientated
  • Driver’s license preferred
