Regional Business Manager

Description:

He/She will be responsible for Virginia, Stilfontein and Carletonville.

Effective and complete running of operations - Mechanical,
Electrical, Technical, Industrial relations, SHEQ and training of
employees in the Business Unit, Including:

• Strategic Business & production planning and Execution of
  plans
• Setting Performance goals and monitoring progress
• Financial management against budgets – Monitoring
  financial performance and ensuring profitability
• Manage efficient response in respect of business and
  operational contingencies
• Proactively implement effective business, team and
  individual performance management across the business.
• Effectively implement a “zero harm” safety strategy across
  the business, and ensure full compliance to all SHE
  legislation, regulations, policies and guidelines.
• Ensure Quality management of all processes across the
  Business Unit.
• Ensure good corporate governance and effective financial
  management of the business.
• Manage human resources and labour relations issues.
• Deliver positive HSE results

• Grade 12 or relevant NQF4 equivalent.
• Relevant tertiary technical qualification.
• 5+ years experience in production manufacturing
  environment.
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  on all levels
• JDE experience will be an advantage
