Description:
We’re looking for a reliable, well-groomed, and professional Office Administrator to manage our Eersteriver branch three days a week.
Work Days:
Monday & Wednesday: 9AM – 5PM
Friday: 9AM – 4PM
Start time: 8:45AM sharp to open the office by 9AM
Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Opening and closing the office
✅ Keeping the office clean and presentable throughout the day
✅ Answering calls and taking messages
✅ Receiving and recording any documents or packages
Minimum Requirements:
⭐ At least 2 years' experience in administration or front-desk work
⭐ Presentable, punctual, and detail-oriented
⭐ Strong communication and organisational skills
Weekly pay
Eersteriver-based position – ideal for someone local
