Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Selection Induction/Staff onboarding Responsible for all payroll input Assist in Implementation reviewing and drafting policies Compile WSP/Annual Training Plan Compile Employment Equity & BBBEE Implementing Training and Development Employee Benefits/Wellness Assist with IOD and arranging medicals HR Reporting/Administration Monitor and implement Performance Appraisals Assist in creating Job Profiles and Job Descriptions Housekeeping Perform any other related duties in the interest of CEMZA as instructed Work according to Instructions / Procedures as pertaining to his/her operation function as assigned and abide by all legal (laws/by-laws) requirements / Company Policies and Practices
Minimum Requirements:
Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or related degree 3 5 years experience in a similar role Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems (HRIS) High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Strong interpersonal and communication skills Problem solving skills Analytical thinker Reasoning skills
