Key Responsibilities:-
Lead strategic HR planning and policy development

Oversee compliance with labour laws and HR best practices

Champion transformation, diversity, and ethical leadership

Drive talent acquisition, retention, and organisational development

Support governance and performance frameworks across the business Minimum Requirements:

Honours or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field

At least 5 years of experience in senior HR leadership

Female, aged 35 or younger
-
Strong knowledge of HR legislation, strategy, and organisational culture
-
