Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a portfolio of clients Source, assess, and present high-calibre candidates to meet client requirements Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates Advise clients on market conditions, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies Consistently meet individual performance targets Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the recruitment systems Requirements:
Minimum 35 years experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (agency or internal) Recruitment experience across a broad range of industries and functions Exceptional communication skills Proven ability to build and manage professional relationships Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends Relevant software experience What We Offer:
