- Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking.
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial brief to successful placement, including screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management.
Responsibilities for Recruitment Consultant
- Recognize and strive to meet company's hiring needs.
- Create and implement recruiting strategies.
- Create and post job advertisements.
- Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, placement portals and social media.
- Assess applications and resumes.
- Screen applicants before the interviewing process.
- Match applicants to job positions.
- Draft KPI's for relevant positions.
Qualifications for Recruitment Consultant
- Degree, Diploma, or Qualifications & Experience in Recruitment.
- Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
