Key Responsibilities and Duties:
As the Junior Accountant, you will support the finance team with the full accounting function, including but not limited to:

• Performing accurate debtors and creditors reconciliations
• Managing expense claims and monthly expense reporting
• Processing journals and assisting with month-end close
• Maintaining accurate financial records on ERP systems (Finance 365 / SAP)
• Assisting with audit preparation and reporting
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with financial controls and deadlines
• Supporting senior finance staff with ad hoc reporting and analysis

  • BCom Degree (studying towards Honours advantageous)
• Experience:
• 12 years commercial accounting experience

Systems Experience: Strong working knowledge of Finance 365 is essential Skills: Proficient in expense reporting and reconciliations. Highly organised, self-disciplined, and deadline driven. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Able to work independently while supporting a team.
