We have a great opportunity for a Vehicle Junior accountant with a Vehicle dealership in Johannesburg.
Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping and Record Keeping; Maintaining accurate financial records, including recording transactions, updating ledgers, and managing databases; Accounts Payable and Receivable: Processing invoices, managing payments, and ensuring accurate tracking of amounts owed to and by the company; Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy; Data Entry and Processing: Entering financial data into accounting software and ensuring accuracy of information.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Accountant of Bookkeeper. Degree in Accounting or similar Diploma in Accountancy. Must have experience in motor industry and with vehicle dealership Accounting. Experience with automotive systems such as Autoline etc. Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Accountant. Numeracy accuracy and diligence, good computer skills. Attention to detail. Clear criminal record. Submit your CV to:
