My client is looking for a Financial and Admin Manager to oversee the financial, administrative, and operational support functions of the business. This is a key role offering the opportunity to grow alongside a company with a strong reputation in the pharmaceutical space.
Duties:
Full responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Manage daily finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations Prepare and review monthly management accounts Ensure compliance with SARS, VAT, and all statutory requirements Oversee payroll and HR administration processes Oversee procurement, stock management and supplier relationships Support the executive team with analysis and operational reporting
Education and experience:
BCom Accounting Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a finance/admin role Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry experience is advantageous but not essential
