Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across business units Build and maintain financial models to support business strategy and decision-making Oversee daily financial operations and ensure adherence to internal controls Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments to provide actionable financial insights Support the Finance Manager in monthly reporting, variance analysis, and board presentations â?? Requirements:
BCom Honours in Accounting or Finance (CIMA or progressing toward CA(SA) advantageous) Minimum 5 years experience in a finance or management accounting role Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling Demonstrated experience in leading or supervising finance teams Strong analytical and communication skills Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
