Responsibilities:Reception & Front Desk Duties:
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a neat and orderly condition
Administrative & Internal Sales Support:
Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Process and capture sales orders
Follow up on outstanding quotations, pending orders and back orders
Respond to customer queries regarding products, pricing, and availability
Support telephonic and email-based sales follow-ups with existing and potential clients
Assist with planning deliveries and collections in coordination with the logistics team
Assist with routine stock takes and inventory coordination
Perform general administrative duties as required by the business
Requirements:
Knowledge and Skills:Min 3 Years Working Experience
Matric (Minimum)
Proficient in English (read, write, and speak fluently)
Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy office environment
