Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide administrative support to our office staff. The Receptionist will handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and perform various office duties to ensure the smooth running of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed
- Manage office supplies and order replenishments as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Work Schedule:
The Receptionist will work [number] hours per week, [days and hours]. Additional hours may be required to cover occasional evening or weekend events.
