We’re looking for a committed and detail‑driven Administration Assistant to join our team by 1 August 2025.
Start Date: 1 August 2025
Work Arrangement: Fully remote / work‑from‑home – you’ll only need to come into the office once a month and during scheduled training sessions. Requirements (Non‑Negotiable):
✅ Must have experience working in the real estate industry (both rentals and sales).
✅ Very strong administrative skills – able to manage documents, contracts, listings, compliance files, and data efficiently.
✅ Must be sharp, quick on your feet, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
✅ Excellent attention to detail – accuracy is critical for contracts, mandates, FICA compliance, and listings.
✅ Must be well spoken and articulate – professional communication with clients, landlords, tenants, service providers, and our team.
✅ Must be available to work on Saturday's(remote work).
✅ Must have your own laptop and phone – this is essential for daily remote operations.
✅ High proficiency in Microsoft Office, TPN, Private Property, Property24, and/or CRM systems. etc What does a Real Estate Administrator do?
As part of our team, you will:

Capture and maintain property listings on multiple online portals.

Prepare lease agreements, offers to purchase, FICA compliance files and supporting documents.

Support agents with daily administrative tasks, marketing materials, and stock lists.

Maintain and update databases, track lease expiries and renewals, and run TPN checks.

Liaise professionally with conveyancers, landlords, tenants, body corporates, and service providers.

Ensure all processes follow industry compliance and data accuracy standards.
