Key Responsibilities Manage all Industrial Relations processes including performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures Oversee statutory reporting: EEA, SDL, WCC and related compliance Maintain professional relationships with relevant SETA authorities Administer Provident Fund, Medical Aid, and employee benefits Ensure accurate leave management and attendance systems Drive the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff Support training and development initiatives across the company Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and maintain job descriptions Update and train staff on HR policies and procedures Provide confidential support and counselling to employees when needed Manage time and attendance systems and overall leave administration Requirements Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management 35 years experience in HR, preferably in a retail environment Solid knowledge of current labour laws and CCMA procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) High levels of confidentiality, resilience, and professional credibility Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines Capable of working independently and within a collaborative team If you're passionate about people and performance, and youre ready to take the next step in your HR career apply now.
