Office Administrator for workshop based in South End
We are currently seeking a reliable and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a quiet office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative duties with minimal supervision.
• Manage debtors/accounts receivable, including sending invoices and requesting purchase orders.
• Resolve account queries promptly and professionally.
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with general office duties as required.
Requirements:
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience with debtors/accounts, invoicing, and purchase orders is essential.
• Proficiency in handling account queries and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Experience with Sage One (or similar accounting software) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must provide verifiable references.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar administrative or accounting role.
• Familiarity with other office software tools (MS Office, email platforms, etc.).
