Position: Front of House Staff Location: Rosebank Backpackers lodge Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out. Manage reservations and inquiries with professionalism. Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Ensure a clean and inviting lobby environment. Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not required. Strong people skills
Disciplined and consistent work ethic
Proficiency in English, with clear and precise communication
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to perform maintenance tasks
