About the Role:
As a Junior Front of House Manager, you'll work closely with the FOH leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, support day-to-day operations, and help lead a passionate front of house team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s had some experience in hospitality and is eager to build their career in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction during shifts
Support the training, motivation, and development of FOH staff
Assist with stock control, cash ups, and opening/closing procedures
Uphold company standards and health & safety compliance
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For:
A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Must be a South African ID holder
Previous experience in a supervisor or keyholder role is preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Calm under pressure, with great problem-solving abilities
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
