Are you a seasoned Sales Manager looking to add value within a Company known for producing impeccable results? RecruitCo is hiring a Regional Sales Manager

Inherent Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent qualification

Minimum 15 years’ experience in the full sales cycle, excelling in telesales, deal closing, and contract finalization.

The ideal candidate should have a robust track record in various industries, demonstrating significant achievements in business development and sales

Understanding the industries / clients in the Nelspruit and surrounding areas.

Demonstrate sales success and client lists in the area covering mining, manufacturing, tourism, agriculture

Minimum 5 years’ experience, at management level, responsible for ensuring the running of a profitable business with bottom line accountability

Extensive experience in Temporary Employment Services (TES), Perm Recruitment, Headhunting, BPO, or service-related industries

Proven success in securing diverse business contracts, delivering impactful results and successful branch / operations within the TES blue collar environment

Good knowledge of the Labour Relations Act (LRA), the TES industry, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Bargaining Councils and Sectoral Determinations

Previous Industrial Relations (IR) experience and good knowledge of IR procedures

Versatile experience across multiple industries

Ability to conduct presentations to secure contracts / Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills

Computer literate (MS Office) Valid drivers’ license with own reliable vehicle (essential)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure Develop and implement effective sales strategies across different industry sectors

Ensure successful contract negotiations and finalizations, maximizing profitability

Foster strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and sustained growth

Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive edge

Management of the sales team

Build and maintain sales to achieve business objectives

Secure appointments and close deals

Conduct presentations and prepare costings for clients

Prepare sales reports on pending and closed deals

Manage and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers and clients

Identify, develop and maintain new business and existing business

Establish, maintain and grow all business relations
