Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and screening for senior manager
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
  • Keep reception area tidy and presentable
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed such as accounts and invoicing or GRV's
  • Matric
  • Own vehicle due to location of the business
