Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and screening for senior manager
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
- Keep reception area tidy and presentable
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed such as accounts and invoicing or GRV's
- Matric
- Own vehicle due to location of the business
