A BCOM/BA in Marketing, with majors in marketing, strategy, or consumer behaviour 58 years marketing experience in financial services (mandatory) At least 5 years in consumer/services brand marketing, with 3+ years at Brand Manager level Strong understanding of multi-channel Go-To-Market strategy execution Experience in digital marketing and performance measurement Excellent planning, organisational, and project management skills Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and engage stakeholders confidentlyKey Responsibilities
Develop and implement annual and campaign-specific marketing plans Execute go-to-market strategies aligned with segment and sector-specific goals Drive integrated marketing across digital, brand, PR, events, and internal communication Manage agency partnerships to ensure quality and timely delivery Monitor marketing performance, ROI, and develop post-campaign evaluation reports Compile and manage budgets, quotes, and supplier invoices Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
