What the role is about
You'll take ownership of core accounting processes - from invoicing and reconciliations to managing ledgers and VAT. It's a hands-on role with great exposure to the workings of a vibrant, high-energy industry.
What you'll be doing
Process supplier invoices and manage production cost of sales Prepare customer quotations and invoices Reconcile bank transactions and manage accounts (current, debit, money market) Maintain key schedules: insurance, fixed assets, production, and subscriptions Oversee VAT reconciliations and prepare VAT 201 submissions Handle debtors, monthly depreciation, and chart of accounts updatesWhat we're looking for
National Diploma in Accounting or equivalent 3-5 years of solid bookkeeping experience Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Knowledge of Xero is a plus Detail-oriented, organised, and confident with numbers Experience in advertising or production is advantageousWhat's in it for you
