Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A formal culinary qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, Culinary Diploma).
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a 5-star game lodge or boutique hotel.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong understanding of plating aesthetics.
- Proven knowledge of budgeting and stock control.
- The ability to remain flexible and calm under pressure.
