Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead the finance function, overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. Prepare monthly management reports, year-end financial statements, and ensure accurate tax and regulatory submissions. Manage relationships with auditors, bankers, and external service providers. Oversee treasury functions, including bank accounts, foreign exchange, and insurance coverage. Assist the executive team with financial modelling and payroll administration. Contribute to strategic initiatives Qualifications & skills:
Qualifications: BCom Honours with 3-year articles
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a finance role, with hands-on experience in financial reporting, tax, and compliance.
Skills: Advanced accounting and tax knowledge, strong Excel and modelling skills, understanding of financial markets and commercial regulations (e.g., Payroll, Companies Act, ESG), excellent communication, and time management skills.
