The Assistant Accountant supports the financial operations of the organisation by ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, reconciliation of accounts, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 Completed relevant qualification + SAIPA Articles completed Completed NQF level 7 financial qualification (advantage) Professional certification beneficial (advantage) Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and accounting standards. Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance.
