Job Title: Sales and Marketing Consultant – Training & Development

Reports To: Business Development Manager / Managing Director
Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Consultant with experience in Corporate Training will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, selling corporate training programmes, and meeting monthly sales targets. This role requires a hands-on professional with a proven track record in outbound calling, personal selling, and closing deals in the training and development industry.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate training and development sales. Demonstrated success in personal selling and closing business deals. Strong outbound calling experience and ability to book and lead sales meetings. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven. Strong understanding of corporate learning solutions and the B2B sales process. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or related field. Prior experience working with HR or L&D departments. Familiarity with consultative or solution selling methodologies.· Remuneration
