Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team for both light and heavy commercial vehicles. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership targets. Oversee customer relationship management and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities. Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team. Drive showroom and field sales activity, including fleet and key account management. Ensure compliance with brand standards, sales processes, and reporting requirements. Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the commercial vehicle sector, with at least 2 years in a management role. Strong knowledge of light and heavy commercial vehicle product ranges and customer segments. Proven ability to lead a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with strong business acumen.
